In many cases, our planning services are complimentary when booking hotels, cruises, or vacation packages through our agency.
For more customized itineraries—such as complex European trips or highly tailored travel experiences—we may charge a planning fee depending on the scope of the trip. This allows our team to dedicate the time and expertise needed to design a seamless and personalized itinerary. Planning fees may vary by travel advisor.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship boutique items within the United States.
Orders are processed and shipped from Arizona.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. Local pickup is available at the Briar & Main Studio in Tucson, Arizona.
When placing your order, simply select Local Pickup at checkout. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready.
What are the shipping fees?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
From time to time, we may offer promotions or free shipping on select items.

What items are eligible for return?
Items purchased from the Briar & Main boutique gift shop may be eligible for return if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.
How many days do I have to return an item after delivery?
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
What are the steps or link to request a return?
To request a return, please contact our team through the Contact page with your order number and reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
